SOLAR HOT WATER SYSTEM
OVERVIEW
As energy costs continues to rise, the demand for energy efficient hot water generation systems is getting increasingly popular. Sunairco’s solar heat recovery hot water system uses our highly efficient solar assisted air conditioner system as the source of energy for a domestic hot water system. Basically, once the solar air conditioner is running, no electricity is required to produce hot water.
PRODUCTION OF HOT WATER
The production of hot water starts with a Sunairco solar assisted air conditioning system. Sunairco’s hot water system uses the heat created by the compressor and solar collector of the air conditioner. The heat created is directed to a Freon to water heat exchanger. The result of this heat exchange is not only free hot water when the air conditioner is running, but also an increase in efficiency of the air conditioning cycle.
